Refunds are made only where required by law or expressly promised by Leidzirkular.ch. Mandatory statutory rights remain reserved.

Leidzirkular.ch provides the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data, technical disruptions, failures of external service providers and content created by users.

Liability for intentional conduct or gross negligence and mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.

12. Changes to the Terms of Use
