Data protection request / deletion request

You can use this form to submit a data protection request, in particular to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data, or to object to its processing.

This also applies if you believe that an obituary contains inaccurate information, was published without authorization, or if you wish to request a review, correction, deactivation or deletion as the person concerned or as an authorized relative.

We review every request carefully. As a rule, we respond to or process data protection requests within 30 days. If an individual case requires more time, we will inform you within this period about the next steps.

To process your request, we may require proof of identity or authorization, particularly if the request concerns an obituary, a deceased person, relatives or other third parties.
